Working on the first stages of the My Medibank experience, from account access through to helping members get ready to use their cover.

  • Contributed to the app-wide MFA rollout, including changes to authentication flows and supporting screens
  • Building the Australian Government Rebate flow in the app, covering form logic, service integration, and supporting architecture
  • Working with product and design on cross-team flows before implementation, particularly where mobile behaviour depends on backend or platform constraints
  • Contributing shared iOS patterns and implementation guidance through the iOS Guild

Led key support features end-to-end across iOS, backend services, and internal tooling.

  • Disputes status tracker saved 170k customer hours per year, improved CSAT from 30% to 50%, and drove $480k in yearly operational savings
